Brass Floral Pendant - Daisy

This striking brass Daisy pendant has been lasercut from a hand drawn image, then finished by being embossed with paper to give a lovely subtle surface texure, and make every one unique.

The daisy measures approx 2 x 2.5cm, and comes with an 18' eco sterling silver chain.

Daisies get their name from the Old English 'days-eye', due to their habit of closing their petals at night, and are a sign of Spring, a reminder of many childhood moments spent making daisy-chains and chanting 'he loves me, he loves me not'! In Norse mythology, they are the sacred flower for the goddess of love, beauty, and fertility. Because of this, daisies are seen to symblise innocence, rebirth, and new beginnings.
